Using the Seed as a metaphor for aspects of our life, we will walk the land, make our own mini seed guides and create our own multilayered Visual Seed Journal reflecting both what we see and what we don’t see.

Is there change afoot in your life?  Enjoy some mindful art making and nature time, while you experience and contemplate life.
