πŸ•Collaborative Mandalas: Community Pizza πŸ•
For team building or celebratory purposes, each part makes up a greater whole
This project enables people to focus upon themselves as an individual within an organisation as well how they experience being parter of the group or team.
Around the world, the Mandala has long been considered a symbol for wholeness and a focal point for meditation, introspection, and healing. When people move deeply into the process of physically creating a Mandala they open themselves up to a transformative process of profound healing and connection.

🌱 "Love the Place you Live" 🌱
Create an Artwork about your "Place" or workplace, or group, creating small vignettes on a surface which are then assembled as tiles which assemble to depict the greater whole.

🏒" Hong Kong Skyline " 🏒
Collage papers are made by each person and then placed in the centre as collective resource
These are then used as the starting point to create landmark buildings of Hong Kong and other easily identifiable icons!

Why is art making good for me and my team ?
You will fully engage all the senses
You will engage in a hands on practical task that helps you to suspend busy thoughts !
You will discover non verbal way to interact with your co workers or friends
You will make collaborative decisions
You will negotiate space
You will be able to see yourself as part of something collective
You will learn a new relaxation technique for use beyond today
You will activate your creativity
You will find that this process improves your focus
You will also find that this process enables you to find a still calm centre
You will create a tangible piece of artwork

You will enjoy it!
